Sanitizing & deodorizingWhole-system duct and dryer vent check with before-and-after photos - you see exactly what came out of your vents
That "$99 whole-house special" is a bait ad - the real number appears once they are in your hallway, or the "clean" is a shop-vac at the register. We photograph the inside of your ducts before and after instead.
Meet the Yonkers Team Behind Cardinal Air Duct Yonkers
Every duct system in Yonkers tells a story, and our crew has heard most of them. We’re the people who show up on time, in uniform, and introduce ourselves by name before we touch a single vent. The team at Cardinal Air Duct Yonkers is built from locals who know the difference between a prewar duct layout in Park Hill and a 1990s build in Crestwood. What unites us is simple: we treat your home like it’s our own, and we document everything we do with before-and-after photos so you never have to wonder what happened behind the wall.
Styles & brands we work with

Our People
Miguel R., Lead Technician
Miguel has spent eleven years in HVAC and duct systems, the last six focused specifically on residential air duct and dryer vent cleaning across Westchester County. He holds certifications in NADCA-based inspection practices and HEPA containment protocols. He runs our Rotobrush rotary brush systems and Nikro HEPA extraction units, and he’s the one who makes the judgment call on whether a duct needs agitation, extraction, or both. When Miguel isn’t untangling forty-year-old flex duct in a Colonial Heights basement, he’s rebuilding a 1986 Yamaha motorcycle in his garage. He says the patience transfers directly to ductwork.
Devon P., Senior Installer and Filtration Specialist
Devon handles HVAC cleaning and the filtration side of our work, which means he’s the person upgrading Yonkers homes to Honeywell, Aprilaire, and Guardsman filtration products. He’s been with Cardinal for four years and previously worked in commercial HVAC maintenance in the Bronx, so he’s seen what neglect looks like at scale. Devon is our go-to for Abatement Technologies containment setup, and he’s meticulous about negative-pressure extraction, meaning the loosened debris goes straight into the vacuum, not back into your living room. On weekends he coaches youth soccer at Fleming Field and claims the sideline shouting keeps his lungs strong.
Lena S., Service Coordinator
Lena is the voice on the phone when you call (914) 613-6563, and she’s the reason you’ll never hit a voicemail loop. She’s been coordinating service schedules in Yonkers for eight years, four of them with our team. Lena knows the traffic patterns between Dunwoodie and Ludlow well enough to give you an arrival window you can actually plan around. She also manages The Relay Standard on every booking: a live trackable arrival time, before-and-after photo documentation, and a digital invoice you can pay from a link. When she’s not routing routes, she’s walking her two rescue greyhounds along the Old Croton Aqueduct Trail. If there’s a scheduling wrinkle, she’s already on it before you even notice.
Chris T., Apprentice Technician
Chris joined us eighteen months ago after completing his HVAC training program at Westchester Community College. He’s learning the trade under Miguel and Devon, and he’s already earned his keep by being the one willing to crawl into the tightest access points in older Yonkers homes. Chris handles equipment staging, filter checks, and containment setup, and he’s been trusted to run smaller dryer vent cleanings on his own for the past three months. He grew up in the Hollow and can tell you every good pizza spot between Getty Square and McLean Avenue. He also has a habit of finding things in ducts no one can explain: socks, a VHS copy of a 1992 Yankees game, and once a wedding ring that had been missing for a decade.
One Standard, Every Job
Cardinal Air Duct Yonkers is part of the Relay Home Co. family, founded in 2005, and that means our crew operates under a standard that doesn’t bend. Every job starts with a written price handed to you before a single duct is touched, and that price does not change at the door. Every repair carries a written guarantee, and if that repair fails, we come back for a second visit free of charge. That’s the 365-Day Done Right Promise, and it applies to every booking without exception. From Miguel’s first inspection to Lena’s final invoice, the job isn’t finished until you can see the photos, confirm the work, and breathe easier in your own home.
